The inspection and acceptance activities for various sensor reconnaissance systems, radar units, command vehicles, and the Dragoneye-2 thermal camera have been completed by the Turkish Land Forces Command and officially added to the inventory.
Ministry of National Defense (MSB) spokesperson Rear Admiral Zeki Aktürk emphasized that efforts to enhance the strength and effectiveness of the Turkish Armed Forces (TSK) with domestically developed strategic and technological products continue across all areas of the defense industry. The MSB confirmed that new sensors, radars, and command vehicles are now part of the TSK inventory.
FNSS Defense Systems Inc., under the Special Purpose Tactical Wheeled Armored Vehicle (ÖMTTZA) Project signed at the IDEF-2019 Defense Industry Fair, manufactures 6×6 and 8×8 vehicles for both the Land Forces Command and the Gendarmerie General Command. Under a delivery contract signed in 2021, FNSS agreed to supply:
- 30 6×6 Command Vehicles
- 45 8×8 Sensor Reconnaissance Vehicles
- 15 6×6 Radar Vehicles
FNSS’s long-term R&D efforts have positioned its PARS Tactical Wheeled Armored Vehicle family as a proven choice for international customers, including Malaysia (2010) and Oman (2015). By exporting before deliveries to domestic users, FNSS has strengthened its global market position.

Mission equipment for these vehicles is supplied by ASELSAN, while TÜMOSAN provides the domestic engines.
